Job Details

Seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's operations and success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including:

° Starting, buying, selling, merging, and dissolving businesses
° Protecting business secrets and IP/Trademark & Copyright
° Negotiating business contracts
° Some business financing and investing
° Forming nonprofits and guiding them through the tax-exempt application process
° Resolving compliance issues for nonprofits and businesses
° Real estate and land use matters
° General counsel services for nonprofits, for profits, and public agencies
**Existing book of business is preferred but not required**

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school, CA Bar
  • Please have 7-10+ years of Corporate/Transactional Law experience
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
