Job Details
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Corporate transactions
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Securities law
- Finance transactions
- Fund formation
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong academic background
- Admission to the bar in the state of the office in which you plan to work
