We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Advising our corporate clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business divorce, and regulatory compliance.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents and contracts.
3. Representing the company in legal proceedings, such as litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
4. Providing legal advice and support to our executive team on strategic decisions.
5. Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and advising the company on potential impacts.
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that company operations comply with the law.
7. Developing and implementing company policies and procedures to promote legal compliance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Corporate Attorney position must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on corporate mergers and business divorce.
3. Current license to practice law in KY.
4. Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
5. Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner.
