Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with significant experience in handling complex M&A transactions, venture capital investments, and other related corporate matters. The candidate will possess stellar academic credentials from a high caliber university and will have experience working with a reputable firm in a similar practice area and focus area.


MUST HAVE Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited, high caliber law school.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a corporate attorney with a focus on financings, M&A, and counseling startups and emerging growth companies.
  • Strong academic and professional credentials.
  • Commitment to responsiveness and client service.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and also work independently and pro-actively without micromanagement.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professional integrity.



Job Over View:

  • Assist with (or lead) M&A transactions and venture financings, including due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and drafting and editing transaction documents.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and general corporate matters.
  • Work as a key member of the team, with the goal of delivering high-quality, responsive, and efficient legal services to clients.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members and paralegals and delegate tasks effectively to the team.
  • Prepare pro formas and waterfalls for financing and exit transactions and discuss these models with our clients.
