A bit about us:
I am currently working with a boutique law firm in Los Angeles that is looking for someone to join there strong general corporate law practice. Billable hours range from 1500-1800 and they need someone with strong general corporate experience and to do some estate planning for business owners.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, proactive in identifying potential legal issues and risks, and well-versed in negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, preferably in the Legal industry.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate law, with a particular focus on sales and acquisitions and estate planning.
4. Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
