Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing expert legal support, advice, and guidance to our organization on a wide range of corporate legal issues including corporate governance, compliance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property rights.
2. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various legal documents and agreements to ensure the company's full legal rights.
3. Representing the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
4. Developing company policies on an array of matters such as regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
5. Liaising with external legal counsel as required.

Job Details
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Corporate Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably within a corporate environment.
4. Extensive knowledge of corporate law, contract law, securities law, and intellectual property rights.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
