EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a Corporate Controller within a VC or PE backed growth company, or equivalent experience as an Assistant Controller in a large VC or PE backed portfolio company. Experience dealing with private company investors and venture debt lenders a significant plus
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management with a preference of public accounting and corporate experience, preferable in a technology environment
Minimum of 5 years of operational accounting experience including building teams, improving processes and implementing controls
Ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced rapid change environment
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent; CPA preferred
