Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
  • Support vendor negotiations and procurement contract processes
  • Assist with regulatory compliance matters and corporate governance requirements
  • Collaborate with business units on contract lifecycle management and process improvements
  • Provide legal support for day-to-day operations across multiple business locations
  • Work closely with General Counsel on strategic initiatives and risk management
  • Handle contract disputes and resolution processes as needed

Qualifications:

  • JD from accredited law school with 3-6 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong background in commercial contracts and vendor negotiations
  • Experience with compliance matters and regulatory requirements preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in transportation/service industry a plus
  • Illinois bar admission required or ability to obtain
