Location: Remote (must live in CA, NY, or NJ)
Base Salary Range: $150k-$180k/year + bonuses

The ideal candidate would have experience assisting companies with navigating both corporate transactional law & employment law matters:
Requirements:

- Execute a finance transaction, whether convertible note, SAFE, or preferred financing, including all the governance that is related;
- Advise on multi state employment law matters, specifically, incentive plans, executive bonus plans, commission and draw plans, employment separations in NY and CA,
- Draft corporate resolutions and consents;
- Draft, review, and close an operating agreement or post-formation Corporate documents, i.e., bylaws, stock grants, etc.
- Exposure to any transactions in the fashion, beauty, music, film, other media spaces, that is a bonus!
Requirements:
- J.D. with strong academic performance and membership in good standing with the NY, CA and/or NJ bar.
- 4+ years of direct experience with employment law & corporate transactional law
- Experienced with CA, NY, and/or NJ employment law
