Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance and margin analysis, to support key business decisions

  • Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models

  • Lead process improvements, implement new software/tools, or manage field/project P&Ls in partnership with management

  • Oversee cost accounting processes, including labor allocation, overhead, and project/service costing

  • Own and manage departmental or business unit P&Ls, providing actionable insights to leadership

  • Develop and monitor financial KPIs to measure business performance and drive strategic decisions

  • Manage pricing, commissions, bonuses, and compensation structures

  • Partner with operations and other departments to analyze costs, allocations, and service profitability

  • Prepare and present financial results and forecasts to leadership

  • Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting

  • Use tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel/VBA to analyze and visualize data

  • Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience in corporate finance
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and VBA Macros for financial analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Cost accounting experience is a plus
  • ERP implementations is a plus
