Corporate Financial Attorney

We are a local Wisconsin Legal firm with about 20+ employees. Our Corporate Finance client base is growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Financial Attorney to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to our clients on a wide range of financial matters including founder issues, funding strategy and more. You must have a strong background in corporate finance, fintech, and legal compliance.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of Attorney experience
• 3+ years of experience as a corporate financial attorney, with a focus on finance and fintech.
• Strong knowledge of securities law, corporate governance, venture capital financings , and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to client service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with clients in the finance industry is a plus.
