Job Details

We are seeking to expand our Corporate and M&A Practice Group with the addition of a highly qualified Senior Partner with extensive experience in corporate transactional law.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sophisticated transactions and providing innovative solutions for clients across the U.S. and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and joint ventures.
  • Serve as the first-chair attorney on significant corporate deals.
  • Collaborate with seasoned colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services and innovative solutions to clients.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys within the practice group.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Corporate and M&A Practice Group.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate transactional law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and joint ventures.
  • Strong academic credentials and prior work experience in a reputable law firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as lead counsel on complex corporate transactions.
  • Excellent judgment, organizational capabilities, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A book of business is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and sophisticated joint ventures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
