Intimate Private Equity firm with 1+ billion of real estate assets and long tenures is seeking an Investor Relations-focused Corporate Paralegal to join the team!

Job Details
Under direction of the Managing Director and Director of Operations, this role is broad, and can be adjusted to specific experience of the person hired.
Tasks include, for instance: distributions, working with fund admin, documentation, KYC/AML, board meeting logistics, and being proactive with what needs to get done at the firm, including working with outside counsel. Looking for someone motivated and excited by the work who wants to stay and grow with the company. Service-oriented personality is key for the role.
**There will be training for the role and you will be shadowed during first year, so not necessary to know everything upon starting, just need eagerness to learn and a solid foundation.**
