This Law Firm seeking a Corporate Paralegal will provide legal support to attorneys in the corporate practice area of our law firm. The role requires the candidate to work closely with attorneys to manage legal processes, provide assistance with corporate transactions, and perform various legal and administrative tasks.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all aspects of corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and managing closing processes
Assist with corporate filings, including formation and dissolution of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies
Conduct research and analysis of legal issues related to corporate law and business transactions
Maintain corporate records and manage document databases
Assist with regulatory compliance, including preparing and filing securities and other regulatory reports
Draft and review legal correspondence, agreements, and other legal documents
Manage and maintain client relationships and communications
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
2-5+ years of experience working as a corporate paralegal in a law firm setting
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
