Job Details

We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Permanent Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. This role is integral to our company's success, as you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will be the face of our company, representing our values and culture to potential candidates. This position requires a high level of creativity, short and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with our recruitment strategy.
3. Utilizing various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract high-quality candidates.
4. Ensuring compliance with EEO regulations and OFCCP guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
5. Managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline across multiple sites while providing a positive candidate experience.
6. Utilizing ATS systems, UKG, Workday, and other Talent Management systems effectively to track applicants and manage recruitment data.
7. Participating in job fairs, conferences, and other networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates.
8. Providing regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and HR leadership on the status of open positions.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate or manufacturing recruitment, with a focus on multi-site, high-volume recruiting.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of EEO regulations and OFCCP compliance.
4. Proficiency in using ATS systems, UKG, Workday, and other Talent Management systems.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
