Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and corporate filings.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, keeping up to date with changes in legislation.
3. Organize and prepare agendas for board meetings and draft minutes.
4. Liaise with board directors and shareholders to arrange meetings and distribute information.
5. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
6. Oversee administrative policies within an organization and within the office; recommending changes as appropriate.
7. Participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and the due diligence process.
8. Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
9. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
10. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Legal industry.
3. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft and edit legal documents.
4. Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including participation in due diligence processes.
5. Strong administrative skills, with a demonstrated ability to file and maintain accurate records.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
