As a Corporate Trainer in the Healthcare sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. This position is a key player in our team, responsible for creating and implementing training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with expertise in regulatory and compliance training. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to directly impact our organization's success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure training programs align with our strategic goals.
4. Facilitate training sessions, utilizing engaging and effective training methodologies to ensure information retention and practical application.
5. Design and update training curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant, effective, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to maximize impact.
7. Engage with stakeholders, including management and employees, to gather feedback and continuously improve our training initiatives.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry, ensuring our training programs reflect current best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate training role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Proven experience in regulatory and compliance training within the healthcare sector.
4. Strong understanding of training needs assessment and program evaluation.
5. Excellent training facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and motivate learners.
6. Experience in curriculum design, with a focus on creating effective and engaging training materials.
7. Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other training software.
