Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeks to add a Corporate Trust Attorney to their team. The ideal candidate will have a Corporate Trust and/or Securities background. Having experience with debt-transactions, securitizations, and/or bond financings is needed! All candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York.

Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- Experience with Corporate Trust/Securities experience.
- Experience drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating corporate documents
- Experience with debt transactions, securitizations, and bond financings is needed.
