Cost Accountant Needed For Innovative and Growing Aerospace Manufacturing and Engineering Company

Job Details
Plan, study and collect data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
Analyzes changes in product design raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs and drivers of margin impacts.
Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing month to month/quarter to quarter and year over year analysis for product lines.
Analyzes projects costs, estimates and budgets.
Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors, affective prices, and profitability of products or services.
Assists in accounting closing and preparation of financial statements each month.
Assist in audits including but not limited to DCMA, customer proposal pre and post awards and annual financial audit.
Assist in preparing billings for cost type contracts.
Maintain Fixed Assets schedules.
Review daily transactions, including part maintenance, kitting transactions, production receipts etc.
