Job Details
You’ll be leading a lean finance team while modernizing internal controls, streamlining reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives. The right candidate is a CPA with a background in manufacturing or industrial environments and can own the accounting function from end to end.

- Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with operations and executive leadership
- Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance procedures
- Work with external auditors and manage annual audit process
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to provide insights into financial performance
- Evaluate accounting software and tools to support modernization efforts
- Support long-term strategic planning with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or processing environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
