Our firm is a unique business model, allowing CPAs the opportunity to build their own practice without buying an existing book, or marketing themselves to prospective clients. We support our up and coming CPAs by transferring existing clients and directing new client referrals their way, while providing a stable salary until the CPA is able to develop a full book and be working for themselves.

This is a unique opportunity for a CPA to join a firm, build a book and become a partner with no initial financial outlay while avoiding the typical barriers to entry in starting your own practice such as technology costs, staff, etc. This role is offering a 'salary' based on work performed (plus access to a draw) until the CPA takes on his/her own clients (taking over an existing book of clients and possibly new referrals). At that time the buy-in process begins. 20% of annual review every year for 5 years.

AFP is a unique business model, allowing CPAs the opportunity to build their practice while providing support for typical practice management needs such as administrative tasks, IT support, etc. The firm supports CPAs by transferring existing clients and new client referrals, providing funding until the CPA has developed a book of clients, through which they provide their compensation and work for themselves, while still having the support and mentorship of seasoned partners.
As this is a unique opportunity, candidates with 5+ years' experience preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and small businesses who either already have their CPA or have completed and passed the exam will be considered. This is a long-term, onsite role and the ideal candidate is a CPA who wishes to have their own practice with the benefit of an existing firm sharing in all practice management costs.
