CPA

We are searching for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting, financial statements, and management accounting. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and organizational policies.
2. Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of ledger accounts.
3. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies. Provide insightful information and expectations to support business decisions.
4. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
5. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies for the set-up of new operations.
6. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
7. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
8. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
9. Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
10. Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.

Qualifications:

1. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
3. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other business-related software.
4. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
9. Experience with creating financial statements and financial reporting.
10. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
11. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
