Job Details
Experienced in fabricating and installing a wide range of crane systems, including overhead cranes, underhung cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, and monorail systems. Skilled in the replacement and repair of key components such as:
Bearings, bridge wheels, trolley wheels
Festoon systems and crane rails
Motors, gearboxes, reducers, drives, and resistors
Electrical overloads and various crane system components
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Diagnose and repair issues such as non-operational hoist, bridge, or trolley functions
Perform electrical testing (240V/480V), inspect fuses, and verify drive functionality
Check for drive faults and conduct diagnostics on control systems
Inspect gearbox bearings for abnormal noise and ensure proper lubrication
Monitor and record temperature readings on motors, reducers, gearboxes, and incoming power leads to verify operational integrity
