Job Details
Role: Creative Testing Manager responsible for running and refining a metrics-based testing process for new creative ads.
Team Management: Lead a small team of testers, ensuring orderly execution and accurate record-keeping.
Testing Process: Manage and improve the testing process, ensuring both quantity and quality in testing outputs.
Communication: Provide insightful feedback and detailed weekly status reports on testing results.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage a testing budget of approximately $100k per week (Client runs $1M+ in ads per month).
Team Management: Lead a small team of testers, ensuring orderly execution and accurate record-keeping.
Testing Process: Manage and improve the testing process, ensuring both quantity and quality in testing outputs.
