We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Credentialing/Enrollment Consultant for Clinicians in the Healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare landscape by ensuring the smooth and efficient enrollment of clinicians in various healthcare systems. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire enrollment process for clinicians in healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
2. Utilize your expertise in PECOS, PAVE, and CAQH to facilitate efficient and effective credentialing processes.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring that our practices are always in compliance.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians during the enrollment process, providing support and guidance as needed.
5. Collaborate closely with other members of our team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
6. Regularly review and update our credentialing processes and procedures to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible.
7. Conduct regular audits of our credentialing processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
8. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of clinician enrollment, identifying any issues or delays and proposing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on clinician credentialing and enrollment.
2. Deep understanding of PECOS, PAVE, and CAQH, with the ability to utilize these systems to facilitate efficient and effective credentialing processes.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively guide clinicians through the enrollment process and collaborate with other members of our team.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues in the enrollment process and propose effective solutions.
5. A strong commitment to compliance, with a deep understanding of all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. A degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
