We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Registered Nurse ICU to join our team in the Medical industry. This is a part-time position that requires a candidate with a strong background in Intensive Care Nursing and Intensive Critical Care. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and must be certified in ACLS and BLS.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care in the ICU unit
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Educate patients and their families on the care plan and discharge instructions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research studies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current ACLS and BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Nursing and Intensive Critical Care
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
