Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This exciting role is pivotal in managing high-end, luxury residential construction projects, particularly in the Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a specific focus on luxury residential properties. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.
2. Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to determine project specifications.
4. Navigating the Palm Beach permitting process to ensure all projects comply with local regulations.
5. Developing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring they are adhered to.
6. Resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
7. Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
8. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard of quality.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a specific focus on luxury residential properties.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of professionals.
3. Extensive knowledge of the Palm Beach permitting process and local construction regulations.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and delays promptly and effectively.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
