We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer & Product Data Administrator to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role that requires a unique blend of skills such as organizational skills, research skills, light bookkeeping, sales support, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing customer and product data, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data, and providing support to the sales team. This role is crucial to our operations and will play a key part in the success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate customer and product data across various systems and databases.
2. Conduct regular data audits and clean-ups to ensure the integrity and consistency of data.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
4. Support the sales team by providing accurate and up-to-date customer and product information.
5. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
6. Conduct research to support sales initiatives and business development.
7. Perform bookkeeping tasks as needed, including data entry and record keeping.
8. Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and quality.
9. Identify opportunities for data management improvements and propose solutions.
10. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in data management, including data entry, data cleaning, and data auditing.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent research skills and the ability to interpret and analyze data.
5. Experience in bookkeeping and record keeping.
6. Proven experience in sales support and customer service.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
10. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
11. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
12. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
