Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
2. Providing consultative services to clients regarding our financial products and services.
3. Maintaining and managing client accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor payments.
5. Working closely with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is accurate and timely.
6. Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
7. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Customer Service Representative position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proven experience dealing with vendors, including negotiating contracts and managing payments.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organization.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
5. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial services.
6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
8. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
