Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role in the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proficiency in order entry and data entry.
3. Experience with CRM systems and shipment tracking.
