We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Food Manufacturing industry. This is a position where you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with top-notch support and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to our overall growth and success.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with detailed information about our products and services.
2. Utilize Microsoft Business Central to manage customer accounts, process orders, and keep track of customer interactions.
3. Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
4. Use your strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any customer issues and find effective solutions.
5. Leverage your excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
6. Pay strict attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
8. Continuously seek ways to improve customer service experience and processes, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
3. Exceptional computer skills, including a strong grasp of MS Office Suite.
4. Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and handle complex issues.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
6. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field will be a plus.
