We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This exciting role is for a professional who thrives on interacting with people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service, handling queries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media platforms.
2. Providing product and service information to customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
3. Processing orders, forms, and applications, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
4. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
5. Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
6. Meeting personal/team sales targets and handling quotas.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
8. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
9. Taking the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
2. Strong telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
3. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
4. Exceptional data entry skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
5. Comprehensive product knowledge, with the ability to explain complex information in a simple, customer-friendly way.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
8. The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and professional at all times.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. High school diploma; college degree preferred.
