As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our healthcare clients. You’ll play a key role in driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success with our AI-powered platform. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Lead onboarding, training, and success planning to maximize customer adoption and impact.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify risks or issues before they escalate.
- Resolve client concerns with confidence and professionalism—ensuring that every challenge becomes an opportunity to strengthen the relationship.
- Collaborate with sales to identify upsell and renewal opportunities and help drive customer expansion.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and evolving client needs to better support customer success.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles—preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with a proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and create positive outcomes.
- Experience in healthcare, with a solid understanding of provider workflows and regulatory concerns.
- Strong background in customer lifecycle management and marketing analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and organized with a high level of accountability and adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
