We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who will manage client relationships, handle vendor contracts, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. We need someone who has experience in the market data space and understands the needs of financial/professional service firms.

Job Details
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a client-facing role, ideally in financial services
- Proven track record of retaining and growing clients
- Project management skills, especially for high-priority projects
- Great organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the market data space is preferred
