  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding,
implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Guide customers in optimizing workflows using solutions to improve

  • Troubleshoot DICOM-related issues, including communication between imaging
modalities and PACS systems.
  • Collaborate with PACS administrators, radiology technologists, and IT teams to
ensure seamless data integration.
  • Assist in conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for new and
existing customers.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to provide customer feedback
and product enhancement recommendations.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring customers meet industry regulations and
standards.

Job Details

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working in radiology in some capacity (hospital, imaging center, PACS
administration, vendor, etc.).
  • Fundamental understanding of DICOM communication and the DICOM standard.
  • Technical skills beyond modality operation, such as PACS, RIS, or imaging
informatics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience troubleshooting imaging workflow issues


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (RT) background.
  • Experience as a PACS Administrator or Imaging Informatics Specialist.
  • - Experience working for radiology equipment manufacturers (GE, Siemens, Philips,
Canon, etc.).
  • - Familiarity with radiation dose monitoring or SaaS-based medical applications
