Job Location: Troy, MI
Work Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $47.94/hr.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a technology or data science team
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Python
  • SQL
  • PySpark
  • Proficiency in big data tools (e.g. Hive) and cloud data services (AWS, Databricks)
  • Experience with data platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest developments in the AI and large language models’ field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree
  • Pandas and/or polars experience
  • Exposure to integration with external systems using APIs and custom connectors
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Marketing, or Field Service is a plus

Summary

· The ideal candidate will excel in handling large datasets, drawing actionable insights, and leveraging modern analytics tools to guide analytics initiatives.
· You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and customers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed their expectations

Key Responsibilities

· Collect and process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
· Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Create metrics, reports and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders.
· Work closely with AI engineers and developers to understand their data needs and facilitate data discovery and model development.
· Design and build automated dashboards and alerts to streamline monitoring and reporting processes.
· Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in AI and reporting solutions.
· Provide complete and accurate documentation of logic used to create different metrics, and the associated business use case
