Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst, you will:
1. Design, develop and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into a structured and usable format.
2. Utilize PowerBI and SQL to create insightful and interactive dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
3. Leverage Tableau to create compelling visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
4. Manage and maintain the integrity and security of the organization’s data assets, ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their objectives.
6. Proactively identify opportunities for data optimization and improvement, and drive the implementation of new data management tools and techniques.
7. Provide technical expertise and guidance on data analysis and visualization best practices to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
3. Proven experience with ETL, Data Integration, and Data Management.
4. Strong proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
7. A deep understanding of data privacy and governance standards.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and innovation.
