Responsibilities:

  • Enter financial data into our system accurately and efficiently
  • Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and correct errors in data entry
  • Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with financial software is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
