Job Details
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of Private Credit/Finance matters (direct lending, creditor-side transactions, restructurings, workouts, etc.)
- Experience with asset-based financings or capital/mezzanine financing (PLUS)
- Licensed to practice law in New York
