Job Details

As a Plaintiff Employment Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Representing plaintiffs in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour disputes, whistleblowing, and wrongful termination cases.
2. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations into potential violations of employment law.
3. Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
4. Taking and defending depositions, interviewing witnesses, and gathering evidence for trial.
5. Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
6. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
7. Keeping abreast of developments in employment law and advising clients on potential impacts.
8. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest level of client service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Plaintiff Employment Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff employment attorney.
4. Extensive experience in employment law, including experience with depositions, civil litigation, and other aspects of litigation.
5. A proven track record of success in representing plaintiffs in employment law cases.
6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
7. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
8. The ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
10. A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
