Job Details
- Must have minimum 3-6 years of experience.
- Experience with class/collective action.
- Must be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
- Must be experienced drafting and arguing motions.
- Must be experienced taking and defending depositions.
- Must have excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be admitted in FL.
- The ideal candidate will have wage and hour litigation experience.
- Employment law experience preferred.
