Job Details:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Permanent Demand Planning Manager in the Manufacturing industry. This role will be integral to our organization, as you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our demand planning processes. You will be the driving force behind our supply plans, ensuring we meet customer needs while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your expertise in ERP systems, S&OP, and Inventory Management will be critical to your success in this role. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and executing demand and inventory plans that will enable us to meet sales and service objectives.
2. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
3. Using and maintaining the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
4. Providing input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
5. Creating statistical forecasts, gathering and analyzing data to estimate demand for products.
6. Leading S&OP meetings, presenting updated forecasts and changes, and guiding the team in understanding the impact on supply plans.
7. Driving continuous improvement in demand planning practices to achieve better accuracy and efficiency.
8. Managing and communicating risks and opportunities in relation to demand forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in the Manufacturing sector.
2. Proven experience in using ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, Inventory Management, and driving supply plans.
4. Experience in supporting sales operations and working with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills are also a must.
7. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
8. Experience in the food and beverage industry is strongly preferred.
