We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dermatologist to join our dynamic medical team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our healthcare community, providing exceptional dermatological care to our patients. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment while building on your existing skillset.
Travel 1 day a week to Fishers or Marion, Indiana and 3 Days a week in Muncie, Indiana.
Responsibilities:
As a Dermatologist, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Providing comprehensive dermatological care to patients, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions such as acne, dermatitis, and skin cancer.
2. Conducting thorough skin examinations using advanced medical equipment and techniques.
3. Developing personalized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and medical history.
4. Educating patients on skin health, preventative care, and treatment options.
5. Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
6. Staying updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and integrating new knowledge into patient care.
7. Participating in continuous professional development activities and maintaining active licensure.
8. Ensuring patient records are accurately documented and maintained.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
2. A valid and current license to practice Dermatology.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to speak clearly so listeners can understand, understand written information, listen to others and ask questions, and write clearly.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be able to diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions effectively.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills. You must be able to work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and medical histories.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat patients.
7. A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and patient safety.
