Job Details

Design Architect (Mid to Senior Level) – NYC (Hybrid)
  • 8+ years of experience in all phases of a project including programming, design, ADA and building code review, MEP coordination, permitting, technical drawings and detailing, FFE selection, submittal and RFI review, and project closeout.
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience working with Revit and BIM 360.
  • Experience with large scale, adaptive reuse projects for government agencies a plus.
  • Licensed Architect Desired
  • Experience with sustainability frameworks and professional accreditations such as LEED, WELL, PHIUS, and LBC preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suites, Bluebeam, and other necessary technical tools for the projects.
  • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Experience with workplace and / or retail projects a plus.
