Job Details

Title: Design-Build Oversight Manager – DBOM
Location: Selma, CA (Full-time Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $150,000–$300,000 + full benefits package

Role Overview:
This role serves as the senior onsite client representative, responsible for overseeing all construction, management, and commercial operations of a major Design-Build High-Speed Rail initiative. You will lead a 100-person PCM team, drive project execution, enforce contract compliance, and ensure stakeholder alignment across state, federal, and third-party entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day construction oversight and interface directly with design-build teams and client stakeholders

Ensure contract compliance and identify defects or risks in contractor performance

Drive project performance and commercial strategy, including budget and risk management

Represent the client to regulatory agencies and third parties (Caltrans, FRA, CEQA/NEPA, CPUC, etc.)

Mentor and direct a large team of Arcadis and subconsultant staff across multiple disciplines

Uphold and promote company culture and standards on-site
