Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design-Build Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design-build project delivery, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of design-build construction projects, ensuring seamless integration between design and construction phases.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Lead preconstruction efforts, including estimating, feasibility analysis, and value engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional client service.
  • Mentor and guide junior project team members to support professional growth.

Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in design-build project management within commercial, industrial, or institutional construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software is a plus.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
