Job Details
An established Building Automation/Integration company is looking for a Building Automation Systems Design Engineer to join our team in the Denver area. This position is responsible for engineering and designing commercial building automation systems.

- Engineering and drafting building automation systems projects
- Interpret and comply with engineering contract plans and specifications
- Designing detailed and complex building automation controls systems for new and existing facilities
- Drafting and creating submittals
- Developing detailed parts lists for purchasing
- Drafting detailed controls drawings and wiring diagrams
- Assisting electricians, project managers, and programmers in the installation, programming and commissioning of controls systems
Requirements:
- Two- or Four-year degree in engineering, engineering technologies or related field OR relevant industry experience
- Experience in designing control systems for commercial HVAC applications
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical and architectural construction documents
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, AutoCAD, VISIO are desired.
- Have an understanding of electrical circuitry, construction environments, and safe work practices
