Job Details

  • Essential Functions Statement(s): Project Management & Administrative:
  • Establish standards and procedures for which personnel reporting to RDM will follow, such as communication, internal decision-making process, project status reporting & schedule and management of internal and external workflow.
  • Oversee regional relationship with external consultants and partners
  • Support Director of Design by acting as Regional Design direction conduit by evaluating and providing recommendation:
  • review of Requests for Proposals for consulting services
  • design decisions within individual projects, specifically in reviewing them against existing Resia standards and provide relevant adjustments based on project context, or local market preferences
  • advise on design efforts, evaluate proposal from external consultants for internal review, including exterior elevation styles, materials, colors
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation for DMs in their daily work, ensuring high attention to detail and focus on quality project delivery within schedule and budget constraints.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
