My client is an online practice management system for behavioral health, featuring robust notes, scheduling, and billing features. Headquartered in Horsham PA they were founded by the husband and wife team: a clinical psychologist, and a web technologies expert, to fill a need for a practice management system that was built for the unique needs of mental health practitioners.

The heart of their platform is the notes system. Whereas most practice management systems offer a generic free-form text area, this client offers an easy-to-use form-filled approach, greatly speeding up data entry and note writing. The notes were carefully designed by the husband and wife with feedback from other psychologists, psychiatrists, and significant research to maximize compliance with insurance, HIPAA, and industry standards.

For the Senior DevOps role we are looking for engineers with a good background on the build side of DevOps, with a strong understanding Azure systems and working with both Linux and Microsoft server workloads. Candidates with a background in development are usually better suited for the role we are looking to fill given the need for build experience.

1. 8+ years of experience is preferred with some wiggle room for exceptional candidates. If some of that experience is as a developer that is ok but they will need to lean towards DevOps
2. Azure is preferred but AWS and GCP experience will be considered for the right candidates.
3. Experience with high volume SaaS products
4. A strong understanding on how to implement DevOps into a company
5. Strong project management skills with the ability to work with a group and independently

Responsibilities
Support and improve the engineering platform and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment development pipeline containing technologies such as Azure PaaS, Docker containers, Jenkins, Octopus, Github, and more
Identify and champion opportunities for shortening release cycles, improving quality, optimizing the scale, and increasing the security of our delivered software
Improve site reliability through the implementation of detailed telemetry, based on leading and trailing indicators
Partner with other technical leaders to ensure all newly introduced systems are supportable and maintainable by both development and operations
Provides escalated technical guidance and support to other technology teams throughout the organization
Ensure all solutions and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organization
Identify opportunities for improving service delivery or the health of the environment through process improvement and/or continual development of documentation and runbooks
Provides on-call coverage for development support and other duties as required
