Job Details
In this hands-on role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on high-tech ag equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural equipment
- Work independently to manage service calls and in-shop tasks based on business needs
- Communicate with customers about repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance
- Support machine setup, seasonal adjustments, and service program sales
- Accurately document work orders, time, and materials used
- Maintain knowledge of equipment and competitive products
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in diesel or agricultural equipment service
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in customer-facing service roles
- Willingness to travel within the region
