Job Details

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the frontline expert for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on modern agricultural equipment. Whether working in the field or a customer shop, you’ll deliver high-level service and act as a trusted advisor for your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural equipment
  • Work independently to manage service calls and in-shop tasks based on business needs
  • Communicate with customers about repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance
  • Support machine setup, seasonal adjustments, and service program sales
  • Accurately document work orders, time, and materials used
  • Maintain knowledge of equipment and competitive products

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in diesel or agricultural equipment service
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience in customer-facing service roles
  • Willingness to travel within the region

Additional ideal backgrounds may include field mechanics from the oil & gas industry, heavy equipment technicians, military vehicle mechanics, or fleet service techs looking to transition into agriculture and gain work-life balance.
